Left Bower Farm is a small family farm in Washington County, PA near the town of Avella. We specialize in a variety of seasonal, organically grown vegetables. This is our second season and we’re excited to offer subscriptions to our 2012 CSA.
What is a CSA? CSA is short for Community Supported Agriculture. By subscribing to a CSA, you receive a box of fresh local vegetables once a week, all season long.
Meet the Farmers!
Left Bower Farm is the latest adventure of Dave and Mandy Roos, food fanatics and newbie farmers. Dave is a Pittsburgh native and Mandy grew up on a farm in Idaho, where she learned that real food is grown by real people. With the help of their three amazing kids, Dave and Mandy are dedicated to growing delicious, healthy, chemical-free vegetables for local Washington, PA families.
